How important development of members in an organisation is, I discovered in the 29 years I have been working with Toyota as a Training & Development manager. In that function, I was deeply involved with rolling out the specific company philosophy and way of working, translating it in an easy to understand languages for the members, offering them practical tools to bring the philosophy to life.

With Run-In-Business, I would like to continue this fascinating journey with passion and use my experiences to support companies and organisation to find the best possible Training & Development solutions in line with the needs of the organisation and its members.

Development of members is one of the most important tasks and challenges that a leaders has in an organisation. It’s a long lasting durable investment that always need to bring an added value. Therefore what has been trained should be used and implemented on the shopfloor at all times. That always has been my quality motto.
